Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of professional or military experience.
• 10+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategy and relationship management for enterprise network partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with leading content creation platforms.
• Lead complex technical integration workstreams including API design and data sharing.
• Develop and manage P&L for each partnership.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Define integration strategies to embed Amazon capabilities into creative workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Develop and present business cases and performance reviews to senior leadership.
