Smooth Media is seeking a Head of Events to own and grow our events program. You will set the vision, calendar, and standards, guiding the team from concept through execution and post-event review.

Your work will align creator brands with experiential events that educate and engage audiences. You will lead major productions, optimize budgets, timelines, and promotions, and mentor Associates to build a resilient events organization in NYC.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in events, experiential, or production, including conceived and led events.
• Ability to articulate why a venue and concept fit a creator's brand.
• Proven vendor management and on-site leadership.
• Experience growing and guiding an events team.

• Set the vision for Smooth's events program and calendar.
• Own playbooks for budgets, timelines, vendors, and promotion.
• Lead major events from concept to breakdown with production support.
• Provide post-event analysis with learnings and metrics.
