Solomon Page, a leading digital creative agency in Atlanta, seeks a Head of Innovation and Creative Technology to define and advance how emerging technologies power innovative digital, physical, interactive and immersive experiences.

This senior role bridges creative strategy, AI, design, technology and production, requiring hands-on prototyping and client-facing vision to turn ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing a technology or creative team for a leading agency.
• Multidisciplinary creative technology leader with background in technology, product or innovation.
• Technical fluency to understand the possibilities and limitations of emerging technologies, while also possessing the creative judgment to determine when technology genuinely improves an experience and when it doesn't.
• The strongest candidates will be comfortable working across strategy and execution, moving between high-level vision and hands-on experimentation in undefined problems.
• You’re curious, collaborative and excited by using technology as a creative medium.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative technology vision across a diverse range of clients.
• Explore AI, generative AI, creative coding, real-time 3D, spatial computing, interactive media and other emerging technologies to unlock new creative possibilities.
• Partner with developers to turn ambitious concepts into technically achievable prototypes.
• Establish a culture of experimentation via prototypes, proofs-of-concepts, tech explorations and rapid iteration.
• Help clients understand the potential of emerging technology and translate complex technical possibilities into compelling creative and business opportunities.
• Identify new tools, platforms, technologies and external partners to expand capabilities.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and processes to move ideas from experimentation to production.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams across creative, technology and production.
• Serve as a thought leader shaping the future of creativity and technology.]
