Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading a technology or creative team at a top agency.
• Multidisciplinary background in creative technology, experience design or innovation.
• Technical fluency with emerging technologies and strong creative judgment.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on experimentation in undefined problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative technology vision across a diverse range of projects and experiences.
• Explore AI, generative AI, real-time 3D, spatial computing and other emerging tech to unlock new possibilities.
• Partner with directors, designers, strategists, producers, developers and engineers to balance ambition with feasibility.
• Oversee ideation, prototyping, production and launch from concept to delivery.
• Establish a culture of experimentation with prototypes and rapid iteration.
• Translate complex technical possibilities into compelling creative and business opportunities.
• Identify new tools and partners to expand capabilities.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for moving ideas into production.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams across creative, design, technology and production.
• Shape the organization's perspective on the future of creativity and technology.
