Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative, design, art direction, or related agency environments.
• Experience with major national or global brands within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated expertise using generative AI tools for creative development, design exploration, content creation, production, or workflow optimization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-enabled creative work, innovation initiatives, and measurable business or creative impact.
• Exceptional creative judgment, visual taste, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of brand stewardship and maintaining consistent brand standards across complex organizations.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling creative workflows, processes, and operational best practices.
• Strong understanding of the creative development lifecycle, from strategy and concepting through execution and production.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills with experience presenting work to senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to educate, mentor, and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for shaping the future of creativity.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, intellectual property considerations, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to balance innovation with strategic thinking, creative excellence, and business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of AI-enabled creative concepts, campaigns, content, and visual systems across multiple client accounts.
• Establish and scale AI creative workflows that improve quality, efficiency, collaboration, and creative output across teams.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, Producers, and Account teams to integrate AI throughout the creative process.
• Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on emerging AI creative tools, platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Create frameworks, playbooks, and standards for responsible and effective AI use across creative disciplines.
• Ensure all AI-generated work meets the highest standards of creative excellence, brand integrity, strategic alignment, and craftsmanship.
• Provide strong creative direction and quality control throughout concept development, execution, and delivery.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new AI tools and workflows to support agency growth and innovation.
• Develop training programs, workshops, and educational resources to increase AI fluency across internal teams.
• Lead client-facing AI education sessions, demonstrations, and innovation discussions.
• Present AI-enabled creative work, strategic recommendations, and innovation initiatives to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven service offerings and business growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical applications for brands and creative teams.
• Champion ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI technologies across all creative work.
