Job summary

Universal Creative seeks a Senior Manager of Architecture & Engineering Design - Creative to lead the architectural and engineering design efforts for entertainment and hospitality projects. You will coordinate outside vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to align with the facility plan vision and design intent.

With 9+ years of related experience and a professional license, you will drive program requirements, manage RFP processes, review progress, and foster a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 9+ years of experience in the management and development of Entertainment or Hospitality based projects (Theme Parks, Hotels, Retail, Food/Beverage, Entertainment venues).
• Professional license in architecture and/or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination between the project design team and Architecture and Engineering vendors for design intent and transition.
• Identify, develop and define FOH and BOH program requirements via interface with business, operational and creative teams.
• Manage scope of work, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract changes; review progress and address trends.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management

Professional license in architecture and/or engineering
