Job summary

PayPal is undertaking a company-wide Cost & AI Transformation Program to realize substantial run-rate savings by Q2 2028. We seek a seasoned transformation leader to build and lead the governance model for this enterprise program, guiding AI and automation initiatives to benefits within schedule.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in cost/operating model transformations and strong executive communication to align sponsors and stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the enterprise cost governance operating model.
• Establish the stage-gate process from ideation through validation.
• Define standards for pipeline savings and timing.
• Design and run executive forums and reviews.
• Maintain integrated enterprise view of targets and benefits.
• Maintain the enterprise RAID log, decision log, and escalation process.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile planned and realized savings to budgets.
• Govern AI and automation contributions to the transformation program.
• Track execution and ensure benefits realization.
