Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience leading others.
• Experience at a regulated fintech, bank, or payments company.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products, or a platform product enabling development & scalability.
• Leads product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influences the architectural roadmap balancing design, tech implementation, regulatory requirements and profitability.
• Champions the customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements.
• Defines and uses metrics to inform product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Standardizes workstreams to drive data-driven decision-making across analytics and research.
