Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience leading corporate office workplace, construction, corporate real estate, or related projects, including space acquisition, design, build-out, renovation, and workplace implementation activities.
• Leadership experience with coaching, development, and supporting associates while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of workplace and corporate real estate functions including space planning, occupancy/utilization strategies, workplace design, workplace technologies, furniture solutions, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with ability to influence stakeholders, interpret project, RFP, and contract documentation, participate in vendor selections through RFP processes, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe/Bluebeam, and related workplace management technologies, plus ability to manage budgets and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and development to a team responsible for workplace and corporate real estate projects across the enterprise.
• Lead the execution of workplace projects including office renovations, relocations, space planning, workplace design, occupancy initiatives, and workplace environment improvements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and workplace standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, recommend, and implement workplace solutions that support business needs, enhance associate experience, and promote innovation, collaboration, and productivity.
• Manage team workloads, project priorities, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and effective utilization of company resources.
• Support workplace strategy initiatives including space utilization planning, workplace standards, flexible work environments, and continuous evaluation of workplace programs, processes, and solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment while driving continuous improvement of workplace processes, systems, vendor partnerships, and service delivery.
