Hybron in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a senior finance leader to build and scale the corporate finance function in a fast-growing deep-tech manufacturing startup. This in-person role covers FP&A, monthly close, budgeting, spend tracking, and financial controls, with exposure to pricing, contracts, and unit economics.

Qualifications

• US person per EAR/ITAR definitions and in-person at Hawthorne, CA.
• Experience leading FP&A, month-end close, budgets and variance analysis.
• Exposure to government contract costing and FAR-compliant practices.
• Strong financial modeling skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own FP&A, budgeting, and the monthly close process.
