Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager of Office Services & Facilities to own regional facilities, lead a 4–7 person team, and manage a $3M project portfolio. You will drive vendor performance, ensure safety compliance, and optimize spaces across Boise campuses.

The role requires 8–10 years in facilities, a business/engineering background, and strong leadership with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. This position is on-site in Boise, ID.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business oriented program, construction management or facility management preferred.
• IFMA or BOMI certification is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in facilities and office services.
• Strong leadership with track record of developing teams.
• Ability to forecast, plan and manage capital and operating budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of facilities operations and workplace services across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 4–7 professionals.
• Oversee daily operations, set priorities and ensure service excellence.
• Own region capital projects from data collection to execution (~$3M per region).
• Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety and environmental programs.
• Foster an environment of customer excellence and accountability.
• Manage operating expenses approvals and plans for growth.
