Job summary

Lone Wolf is seeking a strategic communications leader to shape internal and external storytelling. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role leads external communications strategy, PR, executive communications, and corporate messaging.

The ideal candidate will partner with the People team and leadership to strengthen internal communications, support organizational change, and ensure employees understand priorities and culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience advising executive leaders on communication strategy.
• Proven success leading external and internal communications initiatives.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to influence across Marketing, People, Product, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling efforts.
• Partner with executives to elevate the company's visibility across the industry.
• Manage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.
• Build relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans reinforcing brand and priorities.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence.
• Partner with People to develop and execute internal communications strategy.
• Create communication plans supporting culture programs and change management.
• Establish communication standards and best practices across the organization.
• Support employee engagement through transparent, timely communications.
• Ensure messaging aligns across leadership, departments, and regions.
• Support change initiatives through clear, proactive messaging.
