Job summary

Lone Wolf is seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate Communications Lead to shape how we tell our story, both internally and externally. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead external communications strategy, PR efforts, executive messaging, and corporate branding.

You will partner with the People team and executives to strengthen internal communications, support change programs, and ensure employees understand company priorities and progress.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.
• Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and advising on communication strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading both external communications and internal communications initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is highly preferred.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Help establish communication standards and best practices across the organization.
• Support employee engagement through thoughtful, transparent, and timely communications.
• Ensure messaging remains aligned across leadership, departments, and geographic regions.
• Support communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Develop communication frameworks that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts them.
