Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Communications Director to shape the firm’s voice, brand, and storytelling across internal and external channels. You will lead a team, partner with executives, and advance thought leadership while collaborating with technical experts and business leaders to raise the firm’s profile in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Lead and develop communications professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the Benesch brand and digital channels (website, social, content).
• Oversee internal communications across offices and geographies.
• Partner with executives to create thought leadership content and media opportunities.
