Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading and developing communications professionals and coordinating teams.
• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Lead brand stewardship and ensure consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Oversee website, digital channels, and social media presence; measure impact with analytics.
• Advise executive leadership and partners across the organization on communications.
• Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications and events.
• Mentor and develop communications team; collaborate with marketing managers and external partners.
