Job summary

OneEnergy is seeking a strategic Finance leader to fund its platform and growth. You will own corporate capital strategy, manage equity and debt raises, and coordinate with banks, credit funds, and strategic partners.

The role focuses on aligning capital sources with community and impact objectives, mentoring the finance team, and representing the company to external stakeholders as a credible partner and thought leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field is required.
10+ years of experience in capital markets (IB, PE, credit, or corporate finance).
3+ years in renewables, energy transition or infrastructure preferred.
Track record of leading complex corporate-level equity and/or debt raises.
Advanced financial modeling skills and strong relationships with private credit providers.
Familiarity with AI and automation in financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the corporate capital plan aligned to pipeline, budget and liquidity targets.
Lead all corporate equity and debt raises end to end: strategy, outreach, negotiation, diligence and closing.
Evaluate strategic capital partnerships, joint ventures and co-development with investors.
Coordinate with investment banks and manage advisor fees and scope.
Build and manage a diversified roster of capital providers and strategic partners.
Analyze sources and uses, leverage capacity, dilution and runway for corporate capital structure.
