OneEnergy Renewables seeks a senior finance leader to manage corporate capital planning and end-to-end equity and debt raises. You will coordinate with project finance and external banks to fund growth, while advancing impact-aligned capital strategies. The role emphasizes leadership, AI-enhanced modeling, and relationship management across renewables investors.

Based in Seattle preferred; remote East Coast considered. Salary range 220k–305k with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Formación

• Track record of leading complex corporate-level equity and/or debt raises.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience using generative AI and automation to streamline financial modeling, diligence and reporting.
• Strong relationships with private credit providers and banks in renewables.
• Leadership and people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the corporate capital plan aligned to development pipeline and liquidity targets.
• Lead all corporate equity and debt raises end to end, including term sheet negotiation and closing.
• Evaluate strategic capital partnerships, joint ventures and co-development with investors.
• Run processes with investment banks and manage advisor fees and scope.
• Build and manage a diversified roster of capital providers.
• Own corporate capital structure analysis, including leverage and runway.
