Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in industrial controls software development.
- Experience leading software teams for automation or mission-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Controls Software Engineering organization.
- Govern SDLC, architecture reviews, standards, and release controls.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sustaining Engineering, and New Projects.
- Drive software quality, testing, and validation across PLC/HMI systems.
- Develop career ladders, mentorship, and leadership development.
- Own cybersecurity practices and engineering productivity initiatives.
- Coordinate field commissioning and deployment of automation systems.
