Job summary

Agiloft, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Software Engineering - Contract Intelligence to lead engineering for Astra and CLM cloud-native services. You will own strategy, organization, and delivery across this portfolio, shaping a converged platform with shared data models, IAM, and AI assistants.

You will manage managers and distributed teams, maintain security and scalability, and align with product priorities to deliver customer value while maintaining quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS systems, distributed services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on with production AI/LLM functionality, Agents, and AI Assistants.
• Ability to translate customer priorities into executable engineering roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering outcomes across Astra and CLM cloud-native services, including APIs and integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Define a convergence roadmap for shared data models, IAM, Agents, and AI Assistants.
• Deliver reliable, scalable platform with measurable customer value.
• Be a hands-on contributor to the codebase and architecture decisions.
