Qualifications

• 7+ years of photo production experience, ideally in-house or at an agency.
• Experience managing shoots from concept to delivery.
• Knowledge of industry standard rates for talent and budgets.
• Ability to translate creative vision into cost-effective production.
• Existing network of photographers, retouchers, stylists, and agencies.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills with large or tight budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple productions of various scale across brands end-to-end.
• Own relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance production talent.
• Create production calendars, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate on-set teams and manage day-of shoot logistics.
• Oversee post-production handoffs and asset delivery.
• Maintain the studio space, inventory, and vendor network.
• Continuously refine production workflows for efficiency and quality.
