Qualifications

Senior-level leadership in creative direction for beauty/fashion or design-driven industry.
Experience leading integrated campaigns and high-volume digital, ecommerce, and CRM assets.
Proven ability to mentor teams and manage agency partnerships.
Experience directing photo and video productions from concept to post-production.
Strong presentations and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience exploring AI to improve workflows and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Brand Creative teams across North America.
Set creative vision and quality across all consumer touchpoints.
