The Role: Head of Content As Head of Content at KindWiseRich, you will set the creative and strategic vision for our content across platforms. You’ll lead and inspire a team of editors, writers, and producers to build a content engine that reaches millions and changes lives.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the development of our content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Manage and mentor a global team of content creators (writers, editors, and producers)
  • Oversee content planning, script development, and editorial calendars
  • Ensure each piece of content reflects our mission, voice, and visual style
  • Collaborate closely with our design, video, and marketing teams to unify storytelling
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies for growth and impact
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and integrate innovative formats and ideas

Our Conditions

  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10-15 hours per week (volunteer, pro bono at the start)

If you’re not in a position to volunteer, that’s okay, and you shouldn’t feel bad about it.   • Independence Over Investors: We’ve chosen not to rely on investor funding because our independence and creative freedom are non-negotiable. This allows us to create content that genuinely serves and empowers people—not content that panders to shareholder demands or profit-driven agendas.
  • Transparency About Compensation: When KindWiseRich begins to monetize, our first priorities will be reinvesting in growth, paying taxes, and building a sustainable model. Only then will we start compensating our team members. While the first wave of compensation might be modest, we have a clear roadmap to grow KindWiseRich into a platform with millions of followers and greater financial rewards for everyone involved. But we want to be upfront—it will take time, and we can’t promise it will happen overnight.
