How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop and maintain construction and commissioning processes, tools, and documentation.
• Prepare execution packages, including commissioning plans and documentation sets.
• Act as the customer interface for construction and commissioning matters.
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and report daily site activities.
• Resolve technical challenges and collaborate on complex problem‑solving.
• Manage resource allocation, cost control, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction and commissioning leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, technical processes, and regulatory compliance.
