Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Two years of design, development, or manufacturing of complex assemblies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven problem solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and validation of connector solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and testing.
• Adhere to engineering standards, documentation, and reporting.
• Support design reviews, validation planning, and production release activities.
• Travel to vendors or Samtec facilities as required.
