Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in healthcare operations, config, QA, or related field.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience within healthcare payer operations and configuration functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration quality, auditing, and governance across the COE.
• Oversee claims impact, retroactive configuration changes, and risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in work intake, prioritization, and visibility.
• Develop training materials, onboarding, and knowledge management.
• Provide project support and define requirements for initiatives.
• Lead the COE team and align goals with leadership.
• Partner with Configuration Delivery, IT, Claims, Compliance, and Audit teams.
