Job summary

Medica seeks a Manager for the Configuration Center of Excellence (COE) to lead a team of Business Analysts and Quality Auditors. The role focuses on establishing governance, quality standards, and scalable configuration delivery across the organization.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders to improve controls and operational efficiency. This onsite leadership position requires 5+ years in healthcare operations with 2+ years of leadership, plus experience in audit frameworks and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, business configuration, analysis, QA, process improvement, or related area.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with governance, auditing, and configuration controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration quality, auditing, and governance initiatives across the COE.
• Oversee claims impact reporting and retroactive configuration changes.
• Identify process improvements, training opportunities, and enhanced controls.
• Improve work intake, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and visibility.
• Develop standards for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and Quality Auditors; coach and develop staff.
