Job summary

Town is looking for a role focused on building and growing a vibrant community around its AI-powered platform. You will own multiple community programs, drive peer-learning initiatives, and create engaging events that connect users and accelerate adoption.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to turn feedback into improvements and to measure impact across activation, retention, and adoption. This is a hands-on, office-based role in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Experience in community, customer marketing, or event marketing.
• Ability to build programs and measure impact.
• Experience with AI workflows or automation is a plus.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Proven track record coordinating events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own Town's community strategy end to end: audiences, programs, and outcomes.
• Build the peer-learning engine; surface and distribute user-built solutions.
• Grow online community by setting tone, seeding questions, and driving engagement.
• Create events calendar: in-office show-and-tells, builder nights, workshops, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to close feedback loops and drive improvements.
