Jane is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the Communications group, guiding 15 engineers and 3 managers. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of new patient-facing messaging products, scale delivery with partners like Twilio and AWS, and partner closely with Product and Design in a triad.

A strong product sense and a focus on practical AI adoption are essential for shaping impactful healthcare communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers across multiple teams in a product-led SaaS environment.
• Ability to shape product direction with a strong technical point of view.
• Proven track record of building new products inside an established platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Communications group's engineering teams to deliver meaningful outcomes across channels used by clinics.
• Build new products from zero to general availability with end-to-end ownership.
• Own reliability and deliverability at scale across an integration ecosystem with partners.
• Partner with Product and Design in a triad and advocate for key technical investments.
• Champion practical AI adoption in patient-facing communications.
