Job summary

Henlius USA Inc. seeks a strategic, hands-on US Communications Director to lead corporate and launch communications for the US market.

You will report to a senior leader at our China headquarters and execute key communications initiatives as an individual contributor. You will work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, medical, regulatory, market access, investor relations and other teams to shape Henlius’ external narrative in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in biopharma/healthcare communications or corporate affairs.
• Experience launching products and managing corporate communications initiatives.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare/pharma environments, including biosimilars.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate and launch communications strategies to build brand presence in the US healthcare/biotech ecosystem.
• Create launch materials: press releases, messaging, Q&A, talking points, and other materials.
• Manage media relations and opportunities, including conferences and executive visibility.
• Support near-term launch readiness and day-one communications.
• Oversee external agencies for media, digital, website and social initiatives.
