Job summary

Consulting Point is seeking a high-performing Partner to lead its Commercial Due Diligence practice in the US for Software and Technology PE and Corporate clients. You will work with investors to identify opportunities, conduct CDD, and provide strategic insights across global teams.

You will leverage a deep network in US technology services and software, lead high-profile transactions, and drive value creation across the investment lifecycle in a fast-paced PE environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, PE advisory or M&A work.
• Strong Commercial Due Diligence experience.
• Deep relationships with US Technology Services and Software firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and achievement in professional or extracurricular environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work effectively in high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support investors on market screening and investment opportunity identification.
• Conduct commercial due diligence and transaction advisory.
