Job summary

Latigo Biotherapeutics seeks an experienced Senior Director, Commercial Distribution to establish and lead the company’s U.S. distribution for pre-launch through commercialization.

You will own the distribution strategy, 3PL network, and day-to-day operations to ensure product availability, accurate channel data, and a superior customer experience in a lean biotech environment. You will partner with Commercial, Market Access, Finance/FP&A, Quality, Legal, IT and other functions to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with commercial distribution or launch-readiness responsibility.
• Experience selecting and managing 3PL providers and trade partners.
• Direct experience with order-to-cash, pricing, returns, and channel inventory.
• Knowledge of channel-data feeds for forecasts and financial planning.
• A track record of cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. commercial distribution strategy and launch readiness with internal and external partners.
• Lead 3PL lifecycle from RFP to ongoing operations and improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day distribution operations, inventory visibility, and service escalations.
• Define partner KPIs, scorecards, and governance; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate O2C, customer service, and financial coordination with Finance and Accounting.
• Ensure GDP, DSCSA, serialization, and licensing readiness and compliance.
• Build and mentor a lean distribution team and report to executive leadership.
