Job summary

Scholar Rock is seeking a Senior Manager, Veeva Commercial & Data to lead enterprise applications and data supporting Commercial and Medical organizations. You will drive platform roadmap, translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions, and guide internal and external teams to deliver reliable Veeva-based services.

Reporting to the Senior Director, this role collaborates across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or technology delivery, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• 4+ years hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or delivering Veeva solutions.
• Experience leading implementations, enhancements, integrations, releases, and ongoing support.
• Experience managing technology delivery with vendors, SI partners, or MSPs.
• Veeva certification or advanced Veeva experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health, performance, and support of Commercial and Medical applications.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements through deployment and support.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Veeva solutions and integrations.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalable deployment across platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and analytics readiness.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners to meet commitments.
