Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Commercial Data Management to lead the data ecosystem across Insights & Analytics, IT, Finance, Sales, and Market Access.

This role focuses on governance, data quality, and scalable data models to enable dashboards and advanced analytics for commercial decisions. The successful candidate will drive strategy, collaborate with high-level stakeholders, and deliver data platforms that support reporting, forecasting, and analytics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in biotech/pharma data management or analytics.
• Experience building data warehouses, marts, analytics-ready data
• Experience with MDM, data governance, and downstream reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for enterprise data ecosystem.
• Design and support data platforms and warehouses.
• Own master data management including customer/account data and hierarchies.
• Partner with IT on data integration, quality, and release management.
• Oversee data governance framework and data providers/offshore partners.
• Develop single-source-of-truth data models for dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Travel up to 10%.
