Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory and employee relations experience including mentoring and training.
• Experience designing and evaluating academic, career and networking programs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major programs, committees, or staff within the Office of Collaborative Excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with School and University missions.
• Oversee budget stewardship and logistics for OCE and BBS initiatives.
• Represent the school in meetings with university leadership and external audiences.
