Aether Bio, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing leader to own and optimize a network of contract manufacturing organizations, ensuring on-time, on-spec, and on-cost delivery across multiple sites and campaigns.

You will be on-site at CMOs, collaborate with the VP of Manufacturing, translate demand into production plans, and drive scalable partner management as the company builds its manufacturing organization.

Formación

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations
• Experience in chemicals, polymers, specialty materials
• Track record of holding external partners to commitments
• Fluent in supply agreements, production scheduling, and cost drivers
• Strong organizational and program management across multiple sites
• Willingness to travel 30 to 50% of the time

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day performance of the CMO network across multiple sites and production stages.
• Ensure each partner has credible production plans meeting schedule, specs and cost targets.
• Hold partners accountable to supply agreements and escalate issues with leadership.
• Be on site for production campaigns and onboarding of new CMOs.
• Coordinate schedules and handoffs between partners at different sites.
• Translate commercial demand into production plans with the network.
• Track partner performance on delivery, cost and output for leadership.
• Collaborate with quality and process engineering to reflect specs and requirements.
