Aether is building a manufacturing organization to manage its network of contract manufacturing partners. This role serves as the site-facing representative, ensuring each partner delivers on time, to spec, and at the agreed cost, while aligning with the production plan and commercial demand.

You’ll work across multiple sites, set partnerships, and drive on-time execution with plant leadership, shaping how Aether scales its manufacturing capabilities for years to come.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, with contract manufacturers experience.
• Experience in chemicals, polymers, or similar process industries.
• Proven track record of holding external partners to commitments.
• Fluency in supply agreements, production scheduling, and cost drivers.
• Strong multi-site program management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day performance of the CMO network across sites.
• Ensure partners have credible production plans meeting schedule, specs and cost targets.
• Hold partners accountable to supply agreements and escalate issues with leadership.
• On-site for production campaigns and new CMO onboarding.
• Coordinate schedules and handoffs between partners across sites.
• Translate demand into production plans with commercial and supply chain teams.
• Track partner performance and report to manufacturing leadership.
• Collaborate with quality and process engineering to meet specifications.
