Job summary

Haymarket Media, Inc. seeks a Director of Client Insights and Reporting to lead a growing Data & Analytics team in New York. You will partner with clients to refine requirements, define success metrics, and deliver high-quality reporting that drives decision-making across internal and client-facing units.

You will mentor a team toward operational excellence, align analytics with business goals, and collaborate with Data Engineering and BI to ensure data accuracy and consistency across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of client-facing experience in digital health.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong management and leadership skills; ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing subject matter expert and lead meetings.
• Oversee reporting and data performance for assigned client accounts.
• Partner with Haymarket units to define success and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with clients and internal analytics teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior reporting and analytics staff toward center of excellence.
• Develop KPIs to inform business leaders and drive decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve analytics processes and data integration.
