Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years leading a team in a service-driven environment.
• Genuine hospitality instinct and guest focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Experience in regulated professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets and upholds the client/guest experience standards from arrival to departure.
• Leads the front desk team and models expected service.
• Greets guests by name and prepares the space for advisor meetings.
• Develops onboarding and training for front desk staff.
• Oversees daily operations across locations and coordinates with management.
• Manages facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Maintains client spaces and coordinates events and relocations.
• Ensures confidentiality and security compliance with stakeholders.
• Handles supplies and relocation logistics as needed.
• Proactively improves operational procedures for efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
