Jedson Engineering seeks a Vice President of the Chemical Vertical to lead strategy, operations, client development, and financial performance for the sector. The role oversees business development, project execution, and talent development with a focus on scaling the chemical-industry practice.

Ideal candidates possess deep chemical processing expertise, EPC/EPCm leadership experience, and a proven track record of growing technical business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in Chemical industry with EPC/EPCm delivery.
• Executive-level leadership of large projects or verticals.
• Proven revenue growth, client development, and P&L ownership.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process technologies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategic plan for Jedson’s Chemical vertical, including growth targets and offerings.
• Drive P&L performance and profitable growth across chemical-sector projects.
• Identify new markets, clients, and technology opportunities within the chemical industry.
• Build executive-level relationships with key chemical clients and oversee major EPCm/EPC pursuits.
• Represent Jedson at industry events and lead pursuit strategies; ensure project delivery excellence.
• Conduct executive reviews with PMs, GM, COO, and CFO to drive corrective actions and improvements.
