Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Embedded) to join as a contract-based, remote-first teammate focused on Europe. You will partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to recruit top talent for international, high-growth teams.

You will drive end-to-end recruiting, leverage AI-assisted sourcing, and coach hiring managers on structured interviews. This role offers global exposure and a flexible, remote working arrangement across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Experience hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) internationally.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse or similar).
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline sourcing and screening.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market to translate needs into recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer stage.
• Leverage sourcing techniques and AI-powered tools to attract diverse talent across EMEA, AMER, APAC.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

About the role At Cast AI, our People team plays a key role in our success. We’re a small, high‑performing team working in a fast‑growing SaaS company across multiple regions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Embedded) to help us hire great people and build strong teams. You’ll work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to support our growth. This is an embedded, contract‑based engagement — you’ll join as a dedicated contractor rather than a permanent employee, and the length of the engagement is open‑ended, tied to our hiring needs rather than a fixed term.

Requirements

• Based in Europe, with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high‑growth SaaS or tech start‑up environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Solutions‑oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back and influence where needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
