Job summary

Space Force Service Wide Support Activities is seeking a Chief, Certifications Management Branch at Randolph AFB, TX, to lead talent management transformation across ETM and ETM/TMS. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, agile program delivery, and workforce development within a military context.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoW/DAF leadership experience, PM certifications, and a track record of managing complex programs, budgets, and cross-functional teams, with telework eligibility

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a DoW/DAF environment.
• PMP®, CSM®, or PMI-ACP certification required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead complex projects and teams.
• Experience supervising civilian/military personnel, budgets, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation programs aligned with senior defense leaders.
• Coach and empower a self-organizing team while setting strategic priorities.
• Manage budgets, long-range staffing, and DoW workforce programs to ensure readiness.
