Job summary

Just Ingredients Inc. in Orem, UT seeks a strategic, creative leader to build a high-performing content function and team.

The role blends executive-level content strategy with hands-on production, directing daily posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels while safeguarding the CEO's authentic voice and wellness mission. You will mentor a content team, set editorial standards, align content with brand goals, and partner with Marketing to drive growth through multi-platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience leading a content team with a proven track record in health, wellness, or related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale a content strategy that grows audience or brand presence.
Experience producing and directing short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platform mechanics and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level partnership skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content direction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution for the CEO's personal platforms across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Translate brand and business goals into a cohesive multi-platform organic content program that drives growth.
Set editorial standards for all personal-brand content, ensuring voice and quality consistency.
