Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Director to lead the catering operation across multiple units, drive menus, pricing, planning and events, and manage budgets and revenue targets. You will oversee the catering team, coordinate events, and ensure high standards of service across all units.

The role requires strong communication, leadership experience in events, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Flexible event-based hours may be required in this on-site position at multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in catering/events
• 1-3 years in a management role
• Strong communication skills required
• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations: events, staffing, menus, pricing, hiring, admin.
• Oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain client rapport and drive sales growth.
• Lead annual marketing plan for catering including collateral and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food, safety, and environmental policies.
