Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in catering or related field.
• 1–3 years in a management role.
• Experience in events and catering required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations including booking events, supervising teams, and menu costing.
• Oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop catering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead client relationships and sales efforts.
• Set and deliver sales, food, and labor targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
