Aufgaben

Oversee all banquet events and member functions from planning to completion.
Lead the banquet team and coordinate with Culinary and other departments.
Develop banquet calendar and coordinate event details with hosts and staff.
Manage staffing levels, BEOS distribution, and pre-event briefings.
Ensure timely, professional service and post-event follow-up.
Oversee beverage, room setups, menus, and dietary needs in coordination with chefs.
Maintain accurate event details in Jonas system and finalize billing with accounting.
