Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas seeks anExecutive Director, Catering & Conference Services to lead the luxury catering and group events portfolio. You will steer strategy, optimize space and revenue, and ensure premier event execution across high-profile conferences and banquets.

You will manage a senior team, collaborate with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Hotel Ops to deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding the resort’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive catering/conference services experience in luxury settings.
• Seven years in leadership roles managing managers or department heads.
• Experience in luxury resort or convention hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for Catering & Conference Services.
• Translate goals into departmental priorities, service standards and operating plans.
• Oversee revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead complex, high-profile conferences and events with coordination across departments.
• Develop policies, procedures, and performance measures to improve accountability.
