Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is building a world-class online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming platform. We’re seeking a Senior Director of Content Strategy to own casino content across all markets, shaping game portfolios and IP sourcing.

You will partner with property teams and supplier relations to align digital launches with land-based releases, drive KPI-led decisions, and operate with strategic ownership in a fast-paced, global brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in online casino or iGaming.
• Knowledge of casino content supply landscape — suppliers, aggregators, certification processes.
• Ability to drive strategy with strong ownership.
• Experience coordinating Omni-channel content with property leadership.
• Strong ability to track KPIs and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the single source of truth for casino content strategy across all HRD markets.
• Build and maintain a rolling content roadmap across slots, live casino, table games, jackpots, and branded/exclusive content, sequenced against certification and launch timelines in each market.
• Present a quarterly content strategy review to the business — findings, roadmap performance, and updated priorities.
• Lead content-release tasks end to end: securing IP, briefing suppliers on branded and exclusive games, and managing multiple content sources against a single calendar.
• Identify and prioritise exclusivity opportunities, timed-exclusive windows, and bespoke content deals across our supplier base.
• Build and maintain relationships with property-side gaming leadership and supplier management to align digital content with land-based launches.
