Qualifications

• 10+ years of freight brokerage or 3PL experience.
• 7+ years of progressive Carrier Sales leadership.
• Proven track record leading high-performing Carrier Sales teams.
• Strong understanding of truckload capacity procurement and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute carrier procurement and capacity strategy.
• Lead Carrier Sales organization to deliver reliable capacity and service.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Risk Management.
• Improve carrier engagement, retention, and capacity utilization.
