Job summary

NCTD is seeking a Director of Capital Projects & Delivery to lead a cross-functional capital program from concept to closeout, ensuring safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholder outcomes. You will supervise the Project Delivery Manager and Senior Project Analysts and partner with internal divisions, SANDAG, and external agencies to align programs with policy and funding constraints.

• Minimum five years of directly relevant experience.

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure regulatory and funding alignment.
