Qualificações

• Experience raising capital in alternative investments.
• Established relationships with RIAs, family offices or broker-dealers.
• Track record selling to fiduciary investors with diligence/approval processes.
• Leadership experience managing sales professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundation for outside investors with cross-functional teams.
• Open and grow relationships with RIAs and family offices; broker-dealer agreements.
• Recruit, hire and lead wholesalers and sales support; design expansion.
• Coordinate with Larson Financial Group leadership to align channels.
• Track pipeline, approvals, investor retention and costs; report to senior leadership.
